The ESMO Congress is Europe's largest oncology conference, bringing together thousands of physicians, researchers and industry representatives from around the world each year. For the Berlin edition, ucm provided a 400+ strong team of experienced hostesses and 17 supervisors who professionally guided 37,000 participants throughout the multi-day event.
The operational focus was on the professional accreditation of congress participants, badge distribution and ongoing support at info counters, session rooms and networking areas. Our staff ensured reliable orientation across the extensive venue and guaranteed a smooth experience with a high volume of international visitors.
Operational management of the large-scale deployment was handled by an experienced supervisor team that scheduled shifts, conducted briefings, coordinated staff on-site and served as the direct interface with the organiser.
