No, prior experience isn't a must. ucm provides on-site onboarding and you'll pick it up fast on the job. Hospitality experience is of course a plus and can land you better assignments.
Typical shifts are early (6 a.m.–2 p.m.), late (2 p.m.–10 p.m.), and event shifts (evening/night). You pick which shifts to take , all in the ucm app.
Usually black trousers, a white shirt or blouse, and closed black shoes. Some venues provide uniforms , you'll find that out beforehand in the app.
