All our staff in the aviation area hold a valid Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (ZÜP) per § 7 LuftSiG. We take care of applications and renewals proactively so your operation stays compliant at all times.

Thanks to our existing pool of ZÜP-cleared staff we can usually deploy ready-to-go crews within 48 hours. With an existing framework agreement, shorter-notice deployment is also possible.

ucm is present at all major German airports, including BER (Berlin), Fraport (Frankfurt), Munich Airport, Düsseldorf, Cologne/Bonn, Hamburg, and Stuttgart. More locations on request.

We staff positions in passenger service, ground handling, airport retail (duty-free, shops), lounge service, and hospitality. All staff are ZÜP-cleared and trained airport-specifically.
