At Eurotrade, a subsidiary of Munich Airport, over 450 student employees ensure excellent customer experience in the travel retail segment every day. Our students are not only working at the checkout, but also as active hosts and experts in customer engagement.

Promotions & Brand Activations

This includes the professional execution of promotions and brand activations, for example with LEGO or Jägermeister.

Supervisor Team & On-Site Management

The operational business is supported by a strong team of 25 student supervisors who continuously accompany, coach and develop our sales staff in their performance. This is complemented by an experienced on-site management team.

Staff Leasing at MUC

At the MUC site, the collaboration operates via a staff leasing model with coordinated workforce planning and clearly defined quality targets.
