Since July 2023, ucm has been developing an integrated workforce solution for Gebr. Heinemann that goes far beyond classic staff leasing. Every year, over 400 employees ensure seasonal performance at the Hamburg, Frankfurt, Hanover, Dortmund, Düsseldorf and Berlin locations.
In addition to workforce scheduling, ucm takes on operational responsibility through on-site management, digital training structures and continuous quality management.
