Yes, before every activation we run a detailed briefing covering brand identity, product features, conversation guidelines, and code of conduct. On request we also organize multi-hour trainings.

ucm provides promoters in all major German cities, including Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, and Düsseldorf. We can also cover rural regions on request.

On request we coordinate the entire operational flow: booth build-up, material logistics, on-site crew management, and post-activation reporting.
