Terminal 3 Trial Operation
For the trial operation of the new Terminal 3 at Frankfurt Airport, ucm recruited over 8,000 participants as exclusive partner, who took on the role of passengers in realistic test scenarios. The project spanned 12 months and is one of the largest recruiting deployments at the Frankfurt site.
At the centre was a highly scaled recruiting process with over 75,000 candidate contacts, enabling precise selection, qualification and deployment management of trial operation participants. The complexity lay in rapidly providing a large volume of tailored profiles for different test scenarios, including capacity spikes on specific key dates.
Through structured deployment planning, a dedicated operations team and close coordination with the Fraport project team, consistent delivery quality was maintained throughout the entire 12-month duration. The repeatability of processes made ucm a reliable partner for complex large-scale aviation projects.
