KPMG's Christmas party was successfully delivered with a team of 20 experienced hostesses. Through careful staff selection and comprehensive deployment coordination, seamless management of the event was ensured. The operational focus was on professional guest accreditation, management of reception and cloakroom areas, and general support of the event programme. In addition, the ucm team members actively accompanied guests and created a welcoming atmosphere throughout the event with a service-oriented approach. For quality assurance, continuous deployment management and close coordination with the client and responsible teams on-site were maintained. Through reliable execution and high service quality, a professional and smooth Christmas party was guaranteed.

Advisory Days: Professional Appearance, High Service Level and Sophisticated Communication

The KPMG Advisory Days were successfully delivered with a team of over 120 experienced event staff. For the multi-day event, we supported the client with operational management of around 2,000 'High-Professional' guests and coordination of key service and logistics processes on-site. The operational focus was on professional guest accreditation, organisation of cloakroom and luggage management, and transfer logistics support. A structured and efficient cloakroom system ensured rapid and seamless receipt and return of luggage and bags. As part of guest accompaniment, our teams additionally coordinated shuttle and transfer rides within Düsseldorf. In total, our team members accompanied buses on multiple hotel routes, served as points of contact for guests, and ensured a smooth transfer process throughout the event. Particular emphasis was placed on a confident appearance, high service quality and reliable deployment coordination.
