August 2025: Vacation mode on, Feel-Good Campaign for the Summer Holidays
The promotion was fully and reliably delivered across 52 shifts with 100% delivery. Continuous on-site supervisor support was ensured on all deployment days. The operational launch was via a structured kick-off and briefing together with the FMG team.
The activation included walking acts in LEGO pilot and Levi mascot costumes, complemented by hostesses for children's tattoos and targeted flyer and GWP distribution.
Live tracking of GWP distribution ensured maximum transparency throughout the entire campaign. Photos and direct passenger feedback were shared continuously. A post-promotion review provided clear feedback and concrete learnings as the basis for future deployments.
