Summary

August 2025: Vacation mode on, Feel-Good Campaign for the Summer Holidays

The promotion was fully and reliably delivered across 52 shifts with 100% delivery. Continuous on-site supervisor support was ensured on all deployment days. The operational launch was via a structured kick-off and briefing together with the FMG team.

The activation included walking acts in LEGO pilot and Levi mascot costumes, complemented by hostesses for children's tattoos and targeted flyer and GWP distribution.

Live tracking of GWP distribution ensured maximum transparency throughout the entire campaign. Photos and direct passenger feedback were shared continuously. A post-promotion review provided clear feedback and concrete learnings as the basis for future deployments.

October 2025: Celebrate the Spirit of Diwali

The promotion was executed across 24 shifts. Continuous on-site supervisor support was ensured on all deployment days. The deployment started with a kick-off and briefing together with the FMG team.

On-site, hostesses with a spinning wheel generated high attention and active interaction. Targeted flyer and GWP distribution enabled direct engagement with passengers.

Live tracking of GWP distribution, shared photos and passenger feedback ensured full transparency throughout the campaign. A closing review with the FMG team provided insights, feedback and concrete learnings for future promotions.

November 2025: Trial Operation for EES Launch in Terminal 2

For T2 Gesellschaft mbH, 50 extras were organised and deployed for the EES trial operation in Terminal 2. Within just 6 days, the entire organisation, staffing and execution was completed with 100% delivery.

A requirement for participation was a yellow airport pass. The deployed students were able to authentically take on the role of passengers and subsequently provide structured short feedback on the experienced process.

The rapid and precise execution was made possible by our existing pool at MUC and ensured a smooth, realistic trial operation.

December 2025: Launch of the Sunflower Programme

The promotion was fully delivered across 2 shifts with 100% delivery. On-site supervisor support was ensured on the deployment day. The launch took place via a kick-off and briefing with the T2 GmbH team.

The focus was on hostesses for flyer, lanyard and GWP distribution, with the clear objective of creating awareness for the Sunflower Programme. A social media video was additionally produced to extend reach beyond the deployment day.

Direct passenger feedback was shared alongside the deployment, transparently documenting the impact and perception of the activation.

December 2025: Feel the Magic, Feel Good Moments

The Christmas promotion was successfully delivered across 24 shifts with 100% delivery. Continuous supervisor support was ensured on all deployment days. The launch took place via a kick-off and briefing by the FMG team.

On-site, walking acts in Santa and angel costumes created emotional engagement and high attention. The promotion was complemented by hostesses in the welcome workshop, creatively engaging passengers, 'Create your own Welcome Sign'.

Live tracking of GWP distribution ensured full transparency throughout the campaign. Photos and direct passenger feedback were shared throughout. The activation also generated additional social media reach, extending impact beyond the deployment period.
